It is a call to resist the lies of the devil, which thrive on sowing discord among God's people. As believers, we must stand together, transcending all earthly distinctions, and embody our identity as one nation in Christ. 

Unity in Christ

The Apostle Paul emphasizes in Ephesians 4:4-6: _"There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all."_ This scripture clearly articulates the foundation of our unity. We are one in Christ, called to be a single body of believers united in faith and purpose.

The Deception of Division

Division is one of the most potent tools of the enemy. The devil seeks to fracture our unity by emphasizing differences—whether they be race, denomination, or socio-economic status. But Jesus prayed for our unity in John 17:21: _"That all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me."_ Our unity is a testament to the world of God's love and truth.

Embracing One Identity

In Christ, there is no black church or white church, no distinction of denominations that can divide us. Galatians 3:28 reminds us: _"There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus."_ This powerful truth calls us to embody a unified identity, transcending all earthly labels. We are one nation in Christ, united in our purpose and our mission.

Standing Against Deception

To stand against deception, we must ground ourselves in the truth of God's Word. 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 tells us: _"The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ."_ By holding fast to the truth and living out our faith, we can resist the devil's schemes and remain united.
