SEEK GOD'S REVELATION OF YOUR TRUE SELF AND WORTH

Today's Scripture

13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. 14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. - Psalm 139:13-14. (NIV)

In a world that often measures worth by achievements, possessions, or social status, it can be easy to lose sight of our true value. We might find ourselves questioning our worth, comparing ourselves to others, or feeling inadequate. But God sees us differently. He sees us through the lens of His love and purpose.

1. Created with Purpose
God created you with a unique purpose. Before you were born, He knew you and had a plan for your life. Psalm 139 reminds us that we are "fearfully and wonderfully made." This means that every part of you, from your personality to your talents, was intentionally designed by God. You are not a mistake or an afterthought; you are a masterpiece.

2. Loved Beyond Measure
Your value is not determined by what you do or what you have. It is determined by who you belong to. God loves you so much that He sent His only Son, Jesus, to die for you. The cross is the ultimate proof of your worth. Jesus didn’t die for himself; He died for you because you are precious to Him.

3. Distrust who the world said you are

The world often imposes labels, patterns, and reinforce stereotypes that might not align with your true self, as God created you to be. Remember that you are not defined by your past, your circumstances, or the opinions of the world.

It’s completely normal to have uncertainties and questions about life and your true self. Life is a journey filled with learning and growth, and it’s natural to seek understanding and clarity along the way.

4. Discovering Your True Self

To understand your true value, ask God to show you the real you. Spend time in prayer and reflection, asking Him to reveal how He sees you. Let His word speak to your heart and remind you of your identity in Christ. As you draw closer to God, you will begin to see yourself through His eyes and understand your worth.

Embrace the identity that God has given you, and let His love and truth shape who you are. Stand firm in your faith, knowing that you are wonderfully made and deeply cherished by the Creator of the universe. Let your life reflect His glory, and do not let the world define who you are.

*BEWARE of false pastors, visions and teachings, do not be deceived by big pictures either.

Today's Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank You for creating me with a purpose and for loving me unconditionally. Help me to see myself as You see me. Reveal to me the real me and my true value in Your eyes. Remove any lies or doubts that make me feel less than who I am in You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
